After moping up the last of the enemy I hear ELLyen say over coms. "All right there's nothing more of worth in this dump. Let's get going soon."
Grumbling to myself I paused my searches on some different sites that I take a look at each day I pull out of the matrix and get ready to move out. Glancing at the different windows in my HUD (heads up display) I see Knuckles look up in sky and see a dark object.
"Rah can you do a scan and see if there are any drones nearby?" said Knuckles. "On it." I replied by as i go back in and do a quick scan. I say "Sorry I'm not seeing anything that's out of place" after scanning and not finding any nearby active nodes. After my search we all piled into the Buffalo with Jack at the wheel.
A few minutes pass by on the 2-3 hour long trip to get to the drop off point, when Martin does an electronic sweep of our "cargo". Not finding any he asked me to sweep him in the matrix. While looking around in the matrix I see closing in on us, 2 nodes moving in rather quickly. Seeing this I taped into the node on the Buffalo to see that there were 2 aerial drones coming toward us.
"Ummm............... this isn't good." I say
"What's not good? What are you doing?" I hear ELLyen reply.
Responding I say "Take a look for yourself" as I put up a Radar window for everyone.
While watching the nodes move in I waited for them to show some sign of hostile activity, but also watching the meat world as I see ELLyen climb on top of the Buffalo and watch as the drones fire one rocket each at us. Looking back at the matrix I see another node incoming which I found out to be a Rover van with a machine gun pointed out the front.
"Son of a bitch!" I hear Martin yell out as he moved over to the Buffalo's console to try and make the Buffalo's signal weaker.
"Oh shit!" I said as I moved into the Buffalo's node and start helping Martin, while muttering to myself "Fricken slow meat world.". Thanks to our combined efforts the first missile missed (barley) and hit the road next to us. With another missile still coming Martin and I worked even faster to shrink the signal.
Our efforts paid off though, the second missile completely missed and instead hit a car behind us causing the car to become a huge ball of fire. Just before the second missile hit Marry did her funky magic thing and put a huge dent into the driver side window.
After the missile exploded the car ELLyen managed to shatter the window the rest of the way and hit the elf driver knocking him out. I then see Knuckles take our bullet horse and completely rip up the front end of the Rover. As I'm hacking into on of the drones I grin in an evil delight as I see the enemy Rover spin out of control and explode into a great ball of fire. Invigorated by another elven death (stupid elves, they should all die a bright fiery death) I finish hacking into the drone as Knuckles starts firing into the other one.

Chapter 2 (Cont.)
Having finished taking out the enemy comms, I made my way into the main computer system.
“Hmm… this isn’t good.” I mutter to myself as I found almost all of the systems in the building were turned off.
“Aha! Those idiots forgot the rear cameras!” I exclaimed as I made my way into on of the active cameras.
“Umm… guys, we’ve got incoming. There are 7 hostiles moving toward the doors can’t see which yet.” I broadcasted over our comms.
“Well find out then. Aren’t you supposed to be smart?” ELLyen replied.
“What a dick.” I mumbled to myself as I hopped over to the other camera.
“Ok they’re moving to the big door. One of them is being un-cuffed right now and being shoved forward first. There is also one tango with a heavy machine gun, like the one Knuckles is using as a club. There is also one lightly armed that might me their leader or a mage not sure which.” I broadcast as I see Knuckles fire 2 shots off, one into each of the tires of the tango van by him.
“Son of a bitch!” I yell to myself as the tangos look around in alarm and prepare to move out. “Incoming!” I yell over comms as a blue smoke ball appears in front of the door. “Whelp, I don’t need to be in here anymore” I say as I pop out of the camera and finish shutting down the computer system. I then popped into the tango van’s node and turned the van off just in case they did make it to the van, just as the door opened.
“ Guess I can shit back and watch the show.” I said as I see the tangos move out in a V formation.
“WOO HOO! GO Knuckles!” I yell as I see him move over to the side of the door, behead one tango and run through another.
“HAHAHA! OH MY GOD! Total fail!” I say as the scientist runs out of the smoke and face plants into the side of the enemy van. “Note to self: try to not speak like I’m talking in a game in real life.”
Jack then went over and dragged the scientist back to the van. As the shooty types moped up the last of the tangos, Jack and I strapped the scientist into the Buffalo.

Chapter 2
After our 48 hours were up we all received some information on the next shadowrun we're going. Our mission: to "acquire" the scientist that is working for Peco Energy that created the formula for a better way to produce energy. The scientist that we must "acquire" is fortunately in the same building that we just robbed. Before arriving Martin the ganger of the group did a drive by to see what if anything had changed.
" Ok guys, I'm not seeing anything really different here. Most of the lights are out. I see one guy by the back of their van. I'm going to try and sneak in the side through the fence. Rah is it electrical? If so turn it off."
"I see him." replied ELLyen as we pulled up to the parking lot entrance, while readying his H&K-227.
"On it." I said as I slipped into the matrix, after seeing ELLyen knock the tango on his ass with a shot to the chest.
"HAHA! Nice shot ELLyen! Oh and Martin the fence's power is off."
"Well,well,well what do we have here?" I mutter to myself as I see our new friend try and send out a call for help.
"I don't think you want to do that." I continued as I shut off the com systems of the enemies and any that were in the building itself.
